Hickory Wood Dust
This is Hickory Dust - Grade 0/20 (less than 2mm) - perfect for cold smokers like the ProQ. Also suitable for hot smoking ovens and stovetop smokers.

Chemical free and ground to a consistency that gently smoulders when ignited so a little bit goes a long way
