Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes. Add gift wrap at checkout and we'll box it, wrap it and include a message card, with no prices on the slip. It costs £3.95 and works for any order, including ones sent straight to the recipient.

Will a gift ordered today arrive in time?

Order before 3pm on a working day and we usually dispatch the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail targets the next working day but does not guarantee it. Mainland UK delivery is free on orders of £30 or more.

What if they already have it, or it's not quite right?

No drama. We offer 30-day easy returns, so the recipient can send it back for a full refund or swap. A gift card is the safe bet if you'd rather let them choose.
